Presently, I hold a Bachelor
of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cal-Polytechnic University,
Pomona and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies, Policy and
Procedures from Cal State Fullerton, University. I have not only worked
directly in the corporate infrastructure I also, have had the pleasure of
serving as the President of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Los
Angeles, California Chapter 27.
I believe the
success of Compliance First Inc. (CFI) is contingent on a high
degree of regulatory knowledge coupled with the very important relationship with
the local regulatory agencies.

Versed in AutoCAD Design Software Brooke comes
with a strong knowledge of chemicals and conducts much of CFI's Environmental
Health and Safety Plans which include the BEP's and Hazardous Disclosures
Packets, IIP's, and devising our Hazardous Communication curriculum.
While continuing her journey to obtaining her
Engineering Degree at
Cal-Polytechnic University,
Pomona Brooke looks forward to expanding her knowledge base in High Piled

Senior Engineer - 714-572-4410
Marisa comes with a strong
project engineering background. Previously, she held the position of Senior
Industrial Engineer for Circle Seal Controls, Inc. where she was responsible for
project managing new manufacturing system implementations. She also worked for
Black & Decker as a Senior Industrial Engineer where her role included;
implementation and design of software modifications for the manufacturing
computer system,
Marisa graduated in Industrial Engineering from
Cal-Polytechnic
University, Pomona with honors from the Alpha Pi Mu Honor
Society. She also served as an officer in the Institute of Industrial
Engineering Society (IIE) and continues to support the organization.

background has served very useful to understanding the needs of our Clients!

Fire Code Expert
For many years Bill has provided CFI with expert
knowledge in the area of Hazardous Materials, Storage, Use and Handling.
Much of Company's' success was originally founded by his direction.
Bill served with the Orange County Fire Authority as a Senior Fire Prevention
Specialist where he was proficient in applying the requirements of every article
of the California Fire Code. His expertise qualified him to conduct inspections
of the most technically difficult occupancies including all phases of new
construction, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, high-piled storage
facilities, hazardous materials occupancies, high-rise buildings and other state
regulated facilities and activities, including pyrotechnic display events.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration from California State University Sacramento, and a
Certificate in Fire Technology from the American River College in Sacramento.
His advanced coursework has included Industrial and Commercial Fire Protection
Engineering (UC, Davis) and Building Design for Hazardous Materials Occupancies
(UC, Irvine).
